材料 鸡肉丝100克,洋葱、牛油果各30克,彩椒20克,番茄丁10克,蒜末5克,薄饼2张,香菜少许,橄榄油、卡真粉、盐、胡椒粉、糖、柠檬汁、辣椒仔、马苏里拉芝士各适量。

制作方法

1 洋葱、彩椒均切丝备用。

2 锅内加油烧热,放入鸡肉丝、彩椒丝、洋葱丝炒至成熟,加入卡真粉、盐调味,制成鸡肉馅料。

3 混合番茄丁、香菜、蒜末、盐、橄榄油、柠檬汁,制成番茄沙沙。

4 用薄饼夹住鸡肉馅料和芝士。

5 将带馅料的薄饼放入200℃的扒板上煎至两面金黄,切开。

6 盘中放入煎好的薄饼,淋上番茄沙沙即可。

Diced tomatoes 10g

Mozzarella cheese Appropriate

Procedures

1 Cut the onion and color pepper into shreds.

2 Heat up the pan with oil, place chicken shreds, color pepper shreds and onion shreds in it to cooked, season with Cajun seasoning and salt, make into chicken fillings.

3 Mix diced tomatoes, caraway, garlic, salt, olive oil and lemon juice, make into tomato salsa.

4 Clamp chicken fillings and cheese with pancakes.

5 Put pancakes with fillings on the 200℃ grill until both sides are golden.

6 Put the fried pancakes in the plate, pour over the tomato salsa.
