三文鱼鳄梨卷 Salmon Crocodile Rolls

材料 三文鱼200克,牛油果、柠檬各1个,奶油芝士50克,盐、白糖、白胡椒粉各少许。

制作方法

1 将三文鱼片成大长片备用,牛油果切丁。

2 柠檬洗净,取汁,加入白糖搅匀,再放入奶油芝士、盐和白胡椒粉混合均匀,制成芝士酱。

3 准备一张保鲜膜,将三文鱼铺在保鲜膜上,再均匀地抹上调制好的芝士酱。

4 在鱼片中心放上牛油果丁,再将三文鱼卷成卷,两头的保鲜膜扎紧,放入冰箱冷冻1小时定形。

5 将鱼卷改刀成适合的形状,装盘即可。

Procedures
