美式烧烤猪排骨 American Barbecue Pork Ribs

材料 猪排骨250克,土豆块100克,小番茄5个,洋葱末20克,蒜末5克,青尖椒末15克,菠萝30克,BBQ汁20克,番茄沙司15克,盐、黑胡椒、黄油各少许。

制作方法

1 混合BBQ汁、番茄沙司、盐、黑胡椒、洋葱末、蒜末、青尖椒末,调制成烧烤汁。

2 将猪排骨放入烧烤汁中腌制24小时。

3 将腌制过的猪排骨在280℃的烤箱中烤制40分钟。

4 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入土豆块、小番茄炒熟。

5 装盘,搭配适量的菠萝即可。

Patatas bravas 100g

Tomato cherry 5pcs

Minced onion 20g

Minced garlic 5g

Green chili 15g

Ananas 30g

BBQ juice 20g

Tomato sauce 15g

Salt A little

Black pepper A little

Butter A little

Procedures

1 Blend BBQ juice, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, minced onion, minced garlic, minced green chilin to get barbecue sauce.

2 Put pork ribs in barbecue sauce and pickle about 24 hours.

3 Bake pork ribs for 40 minutes in the oven at 280℃.

4 Heat butter in the pot and sauté patatas bravas, tomato cherry.

5 Dish up, match with suitable ananas.
