芦笋西柚沙拉 Asparagus Grapefruit Salad
材料 芦笋200克,西柚1个,什锦生菜30克,豆苗15克,酸奶1个。
制作方法
1 将芦笋放入开水中烫熟,再迅速放入冰水中冷却,捞出沥干水分。
2 将什锦生菜、豆苗洗净,切好备用。
3 将什锦生菜放入碗中,加入适量酸奶拌匀。
4 西柚去皮,切角。
5 将芦笋、西柚角码放在盘中,放上拌好的什锦生菜即可。

Procedures
