蔬菜烤小牛展 Vegetables Roasted Calf Exhibition

材料 小牛腱1个,什锦蔬菜200克,盐、黑胡椒各少许。

制作方法

1 将小牛腱用盐、黑胡椒腌制半小时。

2 处理好什锦蔬菜。

3 将什锦蔬菜和小牛腱一起放入200℃烤箱中烤制40分钟。

4 装盘时淋上牛腱的原汁即可。

Procedures

1 Pickle the calf tendon with salt and black pepper for half an hour.

2 Deal with assorted mixed vegetables.

3 Put the assorted mixed vegetables and calf tendon together into 200℃ oven to roast for 40 minutes.

4 Sprinkle the beef shank soup.
