胡萝卜蛋糕 Carrot Cake
材料 蛋黄、蛋清各5个,糖260克,杏仁粉225克,蛋糕粉130克,泡打粉2克,胡萝卜末375克。
制作方法
1 分别将蛋黄、130克糖和蛋清、130克糖打发,再混合均匀。
2 加入杏仁粉、蛋糕粉、泡打粉搅匀。
3 加入胡萝卜末搅匀。
4 用180℃烤制25分钟即可。

Ingredients
Egg yolk 5pcs
Egg white 5pcs
Sugar 260g
Almond powder 225g
Cake flour 130g
Baking powder 2g
Carrot pieces 375g
Procedures
1 Respectively stir evenly to make foam of egg yolk, 130g sugar and egg white, 130g sugar sent.
2 Mix almond powder, cake flour, baking powder.
3 Add carrot pieces and stir.
4 Bake for 25 minutes at 180℃.
