榛子巧克力蛋糕 Hazelnut Chocolate Cake
材料 糖380克,鸡蛋500克,蛋清640克,榛子粉350克,蛋糕粉、榛子酱各100克,榛子碎300克。
制作方法
1 分别打发100克糖、鸡蛋和280克糖、蛋清,打发后混合在一起。
2 加入榛子粉、蛋糕粉、榛子酱、榛子碎搅拌均匀。
3 将混合好的面糊倒入烤盘中,用180℃烤制15分钟。
4 把烤制好的蛋糕坯抹上巧克力酱,切成方形,装盘。
5 搭配鲜奶油和巧克力装饰即可。

Procedures
1 Processed 100g sugar, egg and 280g sugar, egg white and mix.
2 Add the hazelnut meal, cake flour, gianduja hazelnut, chopped hazelnut and mix well.
3 Put the paste into the pan and bake for 15 minutes with 180 ℃.
