美式肉眼牛排 American Ribeye Steak
材料 肉眼牛排1个,西蓝花100克,蒜10克,盐、黑胡椒、黄油、橄榄油各少许。
制作方法
1 将肉眼牛排用盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油腌制10分钟。
2 将西蓝花放入加有少许盐的沸水中焯熟。
3 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入西蓝花炒熟。
4 将牛排放入锅中煎至所需的程度。
5 装盘时搭配西蓝花即可。

Procedures
1 Marinate ribeye steak with salt, black pepper and olive oil for 10 minute.
