茄汁意面 Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

材料 意大利面150克,意式番茄酱100克,洋葱末10克,蒜末5克,橄榄油20毫升,盐、糖、法香碎各少许。
制作方法
1 锅中加水烧沸,放入适量盐,下入意大利面煮至八成熟,捞出沥水。
2 锅中加橄榄油,下入洋葱末、蒜末炒香。
3 加入意大利番茄酱烧开,放入盐和糖调味。
4 下入意大利面,让番茄酱均匀地裹在意大利面上。
5 装盘时撒上适量法香碎装饰即可。

Procedures
