嫩煎金枪鱼 Fry Tunas

材料 金枪鱼柳200克,时令蔬菜适量,柠檬汁、糖各少许,面包糠150克,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许,植物油适量。

制作方法

1 将金枪鱼切成适当形状,加入盐、柠檬汁、糖腌制15分钟。

2 将腌制好的金枪鱼表面裹上黑胡椒碎和面包糠。

3 锅中加油烧至七成热,放入金枪鱼炸10秒钟,捞出沥油。

4 将时令蔬菜加工成橄榄形,搭配金枪鱼装盘即可。

Lemon juice A little

Sugar A little

Breadcrumbs 150g

Salt A little

Black peppercorn A little

Vegetable oil Appropriate

Procedures

1 Cut the tunas fillet into proper shape, add salt, lemon juice and sugar, and then pickle 15 minutes.

2 Coat black peppercorn and breadcrbs on the pickled tunas.

3 Put oil in the pot and burn to seven mature, put the tunas fillet in it to fried ten minutes, then fish out and drain off.

4 Make the seasonal vegetables in to olive shape, match the tunas fillet, and then put them on a plate.
