匈牙利牛肉汤 Goulash Soup

材料 牛柳250克,洋葱45克,胡萝卜、西芹各30克,蒜末10克,土豆100克,番茄膏20克,红酒30毫升,香草3克,面粉、盐、胡椒粉各少许,甜辣椒粉5克,牛肉汤底适量。

制作方法

1 将洋葱、西芹、胡萝卜和土豆处理干净,均切成丁。

2 牛柳切丁。

3 将牛柳丁放入锅中炒上色,再加入甜辣椒粉炒匀。

4 加入蒜末、番茄膏、面粉、红酒炒2分钟,再加入牛肉汤底。

5 加入各种蔬菜丁,煮至牛柳丁软嫩。

6 加入盐、胡椒粉、香草调好味道即可。

Procedures

1 The onion, celery, carrots and potatoes are cut into small clean.

2 Cut beef fillet into pieces.

3 Add the beef fillet into the pan and stir well, add the sweet pepper and stir well.

4 Add the minced garlic, tomato paste, flour, red wine for 2 minutes, then add the beef soup.

5 Add a variety of vegetables, and cook until the beef fillet is soft and tender.
