鸡肉卷 Chicken Rolls

材料 鸡胸肉200克,虾仁100克,蟹足棒、芦笋、紫菜、面包糠、鸡蛋、面粉、泰国鸡酱各适量,盐、味粉、清酒、白胡椒粉各少许。

制作方法

1 将主料剁成泥,加入调料备用。

2 将肉泥抹在紫菜上,放入蟹足棒和芦笋,再卷起来。

3 裹上面粉,蘸匀蛋液,滚面包糠,放入180℃油锅中炸4分钟。

4 捞出切块摆盘,蘸泰国鸡酱食用即可。

Procedures

1 Chop main ingredient into mud, add flavoring.

2 Wipe muddly flesh on the laver, put in crab foot stick and asparagus, then roll up.

3 Wrap in flour, dip and egg liquid, roll breadcrumbs, and fry with 180℃ oil for 4 minutes.

4 Bail the stripping and slicing and plate, eat with Thai chilli sauce.
