材料 鸡中翅5只,鸡蛋2个,面包糠150克,面粉少许,植物油1升,泰式鸡酱35克,奥尔良调料20克。

制作方法

1 将鸡中翅用奥尔良调料腌制2小时。

2 将鸡蛋打成蛋液。

3 将腌制好的鸡翅拍上面粉,蘸匀鸡蛋液,再裹上面包糠备用。

4 锅中加油烧至七成热,下入鸡翅炸熟,出锅装盘。

5 配上小沙拉和泰式鸡酱即可。

Ingredients

Mid joint chicken wing 5pcs

Egg 2pcs

Breadcrumbs 150g

Flour A little

Vegetable oil 1L

Thai chicken sauce 35g

Orlean seasoning 20g

Procedures

1 Leave mid joint chicken wing with Olean seasoning to marinade for two hours.

2 Stir the eggs into a liquid.

3 Make flour click on the marinated chicken wings, evenly dip egg liquid, wrapped in breadcrumbs, spare.

4 Pour oil into the pan, put it to 70% heat, pour the chicken wings, fry them, and transfer the chicken wings and dish.

5 Add some salad and Thai chicken sauce.
