金枪鱼意面沙拉 Tuna Pasta Salad

材料 金枪鱼100克,意大利面70克,洋葱、青红圆椒各1个,黑橄榄5个,法香适量,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许,油醋汁30毫升。

制作方法

1 将意大利面煮熟后捞出冷却备用。

2 洋葱、青红圆椒洗净,切丝备用。

3 金枪鱼用盐、黑胡椒碎腌制后烤制成半熟。

4 把煮好的意面、洋葱丝、青红圆椒丝用油醋汁拌匀。

5 把拌好的意面沙拉装入盘中,上面码放好金枪鱼、黑橄榄、法香装饰即可。

Red pepper 1pc

Green pepper 1pc

Black olive 5pcs

Parsley Appropriate

Salt A little

Black pepper A little

Cooking oil vinegar 30ml

Procedures

1 Bring pastas to the boil and let cool to reserve.

2 Wash onion, red pepper, green peppers and shred to reserve.

3 Souse tunas with salt and black pepper, roast them to the half-cooked.

4 Mix up the pastas, shred onions and peppers with cooking oil vinegar.

5 Put mixed pasta salad on the dishes, decorate with tunas, black olives and parsleys.
