东南亚辣味鸡腿 Southeast Asia Spicy Chicken Leg
材料 去骨鸡腿1个,香米适量,洋葱20克,番茄1个,南姜、泰椒、杏仁片各10克,香茅1根,香菜2克,土豆、胡萝卜各50克,豆蔻1克,盐、鸡精、糖、咖喱粉各少许。
制作方法
1 用盐、咖喱粉、泰椒、南姜、香茅、香菜将鸡腿腌2小时。
2 将鸡腿烤熟,切成块备用。
3 锅中放入洋葱、胡萝卜、杏仁片、豆蔻、香菜、香米,加热焖熟,出锅装盘,再摆上鸡腿块。
4 锅中放入洋葱、番茄、南姜、土豆、香菜、鸡精、咖喱粉煮15分钟,制成咖喱汁,过滤后淋在鸡腿上即可。

Procedures
1 Pickled in salt, curry power, thaichili, galangal, citronella, caraway and cure chicken for two hours.
2 Roast the boneless chicken leg and cut it into pieces for backup.
3 Put the onion, carrot, almond slice, cardamun, caraway and fragrant rice into the pan, heating and braising. Then make them out of the pot on the plate.
4 Put the onion, tomato, galangal, potato araway, chicken essence and curry powder into the pan, and boil them for 15 minutes to be the curry sauce. Finally pour it over chicken leg after filtering.
