材料 南瓜200克,红圆椒1/2个,柠檬1个,葡萄干15克,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许,柠檬汁25毫升,橄榄油15克。
制作方法
1 将南瓜去皮、去籽,切成3厘米大的块。
2 将红圆椒洗净,去蒂及籽,切丁备用。
3 南瓜用盐、黑胡椒碎、橄榄油搅拌均匀,放入180℃的烤箱烤20分钟。
4 混合柠檬汁、橄榄油、盐、黑胡椒碎制成沙拉汁。
5 混合烤好的南瓜块、红椒丁、葡萄干,用沙拉汁拌匀即可。

Pumpkin 200g
Bell pepper red 1/2pc
Lemon 1pc
Raisin 15g
Salt A little
Black peppercorn A little
Lemonade 25ml
Olive oil 15g
Procedures
1 Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut them into 3 cm.
2 Clean the bell pepper red put out the pedicle and seed, dicing.
3 Stir pumpkin with salt, black peppercorn and olive oil evenly. Put them in 180℃ oven 20 minutes.
4 Mix lemonade, olive oil, salt and black peppercorn up into salad dressing.
5 Put the baked pumpkin pieces, bell pepper red and raisin together, stir them with salad dressing.
