牛油果大虾沙拉 Shrimp and Avocado Salad

材料 大明虾、牛油果各1个,蟹子20克,生菜少许,黄油、盐各少许。

制作方法

1 大虾留头和尾,开背去壳、去虾线,洗净,用盐腌一会儿。

2 将腌过的大虾用黄油煎熟备用。

3 用生菜做盘头装饰。

4 牛油果去皮、去核,切片,码入盘中,上面放上煎好的大虾。

5 用蟹子装饰即可。

Prawn 1pc

Avocado 1pc

Crabs 20g

Lettuces A little

Butter A little

Salt A little

Procedures

1 Leave head and tail, shell prawn, devein and rub with salt to remove slime, rinse and pat dry.

2 Bring prawn to the boil with butter, in reserve.

3 Decorate with lettuces.

4 Remove avocado’s peel and core, cut into slices, and put prawn on it.

5 Decorate with crab.
