法式鹅肝酱 French Foie Gras Paste
材料 鹅肝批200克,桃、苹果各1个,蛋黄酱15克,吐司3片,石榴20克,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许。
制作方法
1 将鹅肝批切片;桃去皮,切角;苹果洗净,切条;石榴去壳备用。
2 混合苹果条、蛋黄酱、盐和黑胡椒碎制成苹果沙拉。
3 吐司切片,两面烤上色备用。
4 摆盘,淋上苹果沙拉即可。

Apple 1pc
Peach 1pc
Mayonnaise 15g
Toast 3pcs
Pomegranate 20g
Salt A little
Black peppercorn A little
Procedures
1 Slice the Foie gras, peel the orange, cut corners, wash the apples, cut it, peel the pomegranate.
2 A mixture of apple,mayonnaise,salt and black peppercorn to make apple salad.
3 Two slice of toast baked colored both sides.
4 Disk up with apple salad.
