费南雪蛋糕 Financies Cake

材料 蛋清150克,糖220克,杏仁粉110克,蛋糕粉65克,黄油(化) 190克。
制作方法
1 容器中依次放入蛋清、糖、杏仁粉和蛋糕粉混合均匀。
2 加入黄油混合均匀。
3 将面糊倒入模具中,放入烤箱中,用170℃烤20分钟。
4 取出冷却,用新鲜水果、干果仁和巧克力碎片装饰搭配即可。

Ingredients
Egg white 150g
Sugar 220g
Almond powder 110g
Cake flour 65g
Butter(Melted) 190g
Procedures
1 Put egg white, sugar, almond powder and cake power in turn and mix them to a smooth paste.
2 Add the butter and stir them.
3 Put the paste in a mould, and put it into the roaster and roast it at 170℃ for 20 mins.
4 Take out the cake and cool it down. Then decorate it with some fresh fruit, dry nutlets and some chocolate chips.
