奶油南瓜汤 Cream Pumpkin Soup

材料 南瓜300克,洋葱50克,香叶、盐、胡椒粉各少许,鸡汤底适量。

制作方法

1 将南瓜去皮,切丁。

2 洋葱切丝。

3 锅中加黄油烧热,下入洋葱丝炒出香味,再加入南瓜丁。

4 将南瓜丁炒软并炒出香味。

5 加入香叶和鸡汤底煮至25分钟,再用打碎机搅拌成糊状。

6 将打好的汤二次加热,放入盐、胡椒粉调味即可。
