德式土豆沙拉 Germ lad
材料 土豆150克,培根末30克,洋葱末20克,香葱10克,白酒醋25毫升,橄榄油15毫升,法式芥末10克,鸡汤、盐、白胡椒粉各少许。
制作方法
1 将土豆煮熟,切片。
2 香葱洗净,切碎。
3 锅中加入鸡汤、白酒醋、法式芥末、培根末、洋葱末、盐、白胡椒粉、葱末,煮开调味。
4 放入切好的土豆,将汁水收稠,取出放凉。
5 出锅摆盘,淋上橄榄油即可。

Chicken soup A little

Procedures
1 Being potatoes to the boil, cut into slices.

3 Put chicken soup, white wine vinegar, French mustard, bacon bits, onion bits, salt, white peppers, chopped onions into the pot and boil it.
4 Put potato slices into it, sauce thickened, cool it.
