特露芙蛋糕 Trouve Cake
材料 蛋黄200克,蛋清225克,糖200克,盐5克,蛋糕粉100克,可可粉50克,黄油110克,巧克力70克,巧克力奶油适量。
制作方法
分别将蛋黄、100克糖和蛋清、100克糖打发,再混合搅拌均匀。加入盐、蛋糕粉、可可粉搅匀。
加入融化的黄油、巧克力搅匀。
倒入烤盘中,用180℃烤制12分钟。
将烤制好的蛋糕坯切成三角形,里面夹上巧克力奶油,再用巧克力淋面。
将制作好的蛋糕切成三明治的厚度,装饰巧克力片即可。

Cake flour 100g
Cocoa powder 50g
Butter 110g
Chocolate 70g

Procedures
1 Whip egg yolk with 100g sugar and whip egg white with 100g sugar, then mix until well incorporated.
2 Add salt,cake flour, cocoa powder and stir until well mixed.
3 Add melted butter , chocolate and mix again.
4 Pour into ovenware and bake for 12 minutes at 180℃.
5 Cut baked cake into triangle, fill with chocolate cream, drizzle with chocolate.
6 Cut cake into thickness of sandwich and use chocolate as decoration.
