奶油紫薯汤 Cream of Purple Potato Soup
材料 紫薯300克,洋葱30克,黄油30克,蜂蜜15毫升,鸡汤底、淡奶油各适量。
制作方法
1 将紫薯去皮,切片。
2 洋葱切丝。
3 锅中加黄油烧热,下入洋葱丝炒出香味,再加入紫薯片。
4 加入鸡汤底煮至紫薯软烂,用打碎机打碎。
5 二次加热后加入适量的蜂蜜和淡奶油调味即可。

Procedures
