二、常用的同期放化疗方案
（一）推荐的同期放化疗方案
（1）顺铂:80～100 mg/m2 ，放疗第1、22、43天
（2）顺铂:30～40 mg/m2 ，放疗期间1次/周，共6次
（二）其他同期放化疗方案
（1）卡铂: AUC=6，放疗第1、22、43天
（2）草酸铂:70 mg/m2 ，放疗期间1次/周，共6次
（3）奈达铂:80～100 mg/m2 ，放疗第1、22、43天
奈达铂为新一代的铂类药物，由于其致呕性较顺铂及卡铂降低显著而有较好的临床应用前景。因此，用奈达铂取代顺铂或卡铂治疗鼻咽癌值得进一步探讨。
