二、普洱茶在欧洲

欧洲是中国茶主要出口市场之一。英国、德国、法国人喜欢喝茶,伦敦是全世界茶流通中心之一,其他欧洲国家中波兰的普洱茶进口量较大。虽然欧洲目前对普洱茶的兴趣越来越高,但主要消费还是以红茶居多。

(一)法国

法国是欧洲普洱茶销售最稳定的国家,历经三十年而不衰。现在不少西欧国家把沱茶放在药店和百货商店的美容化妆品中出售,还成为家庭摆设中的工艺品,在法国甚至有这样的说法,“你要外形美吗?那就得喝沱茶”。法国兴起普洱茶热也是源于20世纪70年代,一个叫甘浦尔的法国老人将云南沱茶引进法国。作为云南沱茶在欧洲的总代理商,甘浦尔先生对普洱茶最大的贡献:一是将下关茶厂的“销法沱”引进欧洲,1976年他与香港天生行茶叶公司签订协议,在法国销售下关沱茶;二是其提出了在云南和法国两地同时做普洱茶药理试验的建议,结果发现云南普洱沱茶具有非常突出的降脂减肥功效。到21世纪,法国的葡萄酒文化在中国受到关注,云南普洱茶界开始探索普洱茶庄园模式,以期能打造如著名法国酒庄的普洱茶高端品牌。由此可见法国文化在普洱茶产业发展中的重要意义和深远影响。

Although Pu’er tea was popular in South Korea, with the acceleration of pace of life in Republic of korea, the take-away beverages occupied a part of the market.Green tea and black tea were sold bagged.The market share of tea beverages increased year by year.In contrast, the traditional Pu’er tea, which needs to be brewed for a while, failed to cater to the preferences of the Korean people, especially Korean young people.Therefore, in the future Korean market, Pu’er tea should be further researched, developed and innovated in new products such as instant Pu’er tea,Pu’er tea paste and Pu’er tea beverage.

(Ⅱ)Japan

In the 1960s and 1970s, the economy of Japan developed rapidly.With the improvement of people’s living standards,“three highs-hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia”diseases also appeared in large numbers.Pu’er tea, which is famous for its effects in helping losing weight and reducing flood fat, began to attract the attention of Japanese.Many Japanese called Yunnan Pu’er tea“quick slimming tea”and“weight reducing tea”, resulting in the fever of Pu’er tea in Japan in 1970s and 1980s.From 1978,Japanese tea merchants rushed to the China Import and Export Fair to buy Pu’er tea, or imported Pu’er tea through Hong Kong.By 1980, Pu’er tea exported to Japan reached more than 1,000 tons.

In the 21st century, the tea culture exchanges between China and Japan were more frequent.Yunnan Enterprises of Pu’er tea also explored the Japanese market actively.At present, the annual sales volume of Yunnan Pu’er tea in Japan is 300 to 400 tons, which is the second rise of Pu’er tea in Japan.Besides the health strategy of the first rise, the comprehensive promotion of Pu’er tea culture is strengthened to make Pu’er tea blend into the minds of Japanese people.

(Ⅲ)Malaysia

At the end of 1990s, some Malaysian tea followers brought Pu’er tea to Malaysia.After several years of cultivation, there was a whirlwind of Pu’er tea in Chinese communities in Malaysia in 2005, and it reached its peak in 2006-2007.Malaysia has a tropical rain forest climate,with constant temperature and humidity all the year round.Pu’er tea stored in Malaysia has fast transformation.Although Malaysia is a very good market of Pu’er tea, most Pu’er tea is only popular in Chinese communities.
