三、以茶为饮
茶为国饮,发于神农,兴于唐朝,盛于宋朝,在悠久的饮茶历史发展过程中,我国各民族形成了各种饮茶习俗。如云南各民族的烤茶便是最具云南民族特色的生活化茶艺,是云南民间仍然沿用的饮茶法,人们常用烤茶欢迎客人,例如傣族、德昂族、布朗族、佤族、纳西族、哈尼族等民族至今还保持着烤茶的茶俗;很多民族还有饮竹筒茶的习惯,竹筒茶因茶具有竹筒香而得名,傣族、佤族、布朗族、德昂族、哈尼族、景颇族等民族的竹筒茶虽略有不同,但还是大同小异;白族的三道茶自古以来就是白族人民传统的待客茶饮,其制作方法讲究、独特,有着浓郁的民族文化茶道艺术;基诺族的包烧茶是当地最有特色的饮茶方式,一般是把包烧好的茶奉给客人或晾干储存。

(IV)Chinese Olive-brewed Tea
Dai people have the following tea drinking custom.When Dai people entertain guests, they like to soak tea in a big vessel.After the tea is fully brewed, they will distribute the tea to every guest.After the tea is brewed three or four times, the taste will become weak.Then, take out the tea and eat it with Chinese olive (commonly known as“Galiluo”).The slight bitterness of tea and the sweet taste of Chinese olive juice are combined together, which makes people have an endless aftertaste.
