五、其他功效

随着植物化学研究水平以及现代分析检测水平的不断提高,普洱茶的生理活性作用因子会被逐渐的揭示,普洱茶中的高活性作用成分将会更有效地被人们利用。科学饮用普洱茶对人们身体是有益的,除上述生物活性外,普洱茶还具有一些其他功效。

Wang Shaomei extracted Pu’er tea by foreign objects through distillation and extraction,and analyzed the antioxidant activity of Pu’er tea extract by DPPH and FRAP.The results showed that the antioxidant activity of Pu’er tea extract solution increased significantly in general, and the fermented Pu’er tea contained more volatile substances, which had strong DPPH free radical scavenging activity and overall antioxidant activity.

Studies showed that polyphenol of Pu’er tea can increase SOD activity and GSH content and reduce MDA content in mice’s serum, thus protect gastric mucosa from oxidative damage caused by oxygen free radical.It has a good antioxidant effect in vivo and in vitro.Catechin is the main substance of tea polyphenols.It is also the main component for anti-aging function of tea.At present,more than 20 kinds of catechins have been found, among which EGCG has the highest content.Many studies show that EGCG has the highest antioxidant activity, and functions of scavenging free radicals, and preventing DNA damage from free radicals, radiation and ultraviolet rays, skin aging and wrinkling, etc.Pu’er tea is made from Yunnan big-leaf primary tea.Its total catechin content is higher than that of other tea varieties, so its anti-aging effect is more remarkable.

Wang Yuan et al.added low-level Pu’er tea extract and medium-high-level polysaccharide of Pu’er tea to the established human aging fibroblast (HDF)model, and found that polysaccharides of Pu’er tea could significantly increase the proliferation of aging HDF cells and the expression of SOD1, GPx and D-loop genes, indicating that polysaccharides of Pu’er tea had the effect of delaying the aging of HDF cells.
