本部分以外国乘客认知度较高的绿茶、红茶、青茶和黑茶这四类茶为例进行常用句型讲解，黑茶又以知名度较高的普洱茶为例。此外，还附带讲解再加工茶类花茶。
（一）绿茶 Green Tea
（1）Chinese tea can be divided into six main categories. Among them, green tea has the longest history and ranks first in varieties and consumption.
我国的茶叶主要分为六大茶类，绿茶是历史最悠久、品种最多、消费量最大的一个茶类。
（2）Green tea is a non-fermented tea with qualities often known as“one tender and three green”.“One tender” refers to tender tea leaves, and “three green” refers to the green tea leaves, the green tea liquid, and the green tea dregs.
绿茶是没有经过发酵的茶，它的品质特点是“一嫩三绿”。即采的茶青嫩，外形绿、汤水绿、叶底绿。
（3）Longjing Tea is the most famous green tea, which was first produced in the Ming Dynasty.
龙井茶是绿茶中最著名的历史名茶，创制于明代。
（4）Originally produced in Hangzhou, Longjing Tea is now produced in the large teaproducing area in Zhejiang Province.
龙井茶原产于杭州，现在产于浙江省的广大茶区。
（5）Longjing Tea has four unique qualities—its green color, excellent aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape of the leaf. It is the tribute tea in the Qing Dynasty.
龙井茶具有“色绿、香郁、味醇、形美”四大特点，是清代的贡茶。
（6）Duyun Maojian is also a kind of famous green tea with long history, which was originally produced in Duyun Mountain, Guizhou Province.

（二）红茶 Black Tea
（1）Black tea is the complete fermented tea. Originated in China.
红茶属于全发酵的茶，我国是红茶的创制国。
（2）Black tea is bright red in color, mellow in taste and has good compatibility.
红茶色泽红艳、滋味醇厚、兼容性好。
（3）Black tea can be drunk alone, and also can be mixed with milk, sugar, flavored fruit juice or alcohol to be served as appetizing romantic beverage.
红茶既适合清饮，也适合加入牛奶、方糖、果汁或者酒，调制成美味可口的浪漫饮料。
（4）It is believed that China’s Keemun Black Tea, India’s Darjeeling Tea, and Sri Lanka’s Uva Tea are the world’s three major high-flavor black tea.

（三）乌龙茶 Oolong Tea
（1）Oolong tea is Partially-fermented tea.
乌龙茶是半发酵茶类。
（2）Oolong tea is mainly grown in Fujian，Guangdong and Taiwan Province.
乌龙茶主产于我国的福建、广东和台湾省。
（3）Oolong tea has big varieties, main types include Dahongpao Tea, Tieguanyin Tea, Fenghuang Dancong Tea, and Taiwan High Mountain Tea.
乌龙茶的品种很多，主要有大红袍、铁观音、凤凰单丛和台湾高山茶。
（4）Dahongpao tea, also known as the “King of Tea”, grown in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province.
大红袍是“中国茶王”，产于福建武夷山。
（5）Tieguanyin tea is the famous Oolong tea, which is grown in Anxi, Fujian Province.
铁观音是知名度很高的乌龙茶，产于福建安溪。
（6）Grown in Guangdong Province, Fenghuang Dancong Tea possesses the largest varieties of fragrance.
凤凰单丛是香型最丰富的茶类，产于广东省。

（四）普洱茶 Pu’er Tea
（1）Pu’er Tea is post-fermented tea.

按茶性不同，普洱茶可分为生普洱和熟普洱两类。
（3）Raw Pu’er, which is made of the tender leaves of the broad-leaf tea tree in Yunnan province, is the green tea dried in the sun.
