二、冲泡
（一）常用句型
（1）Please appreciate the dry tea first.
请您先鉴赏干茶。
（2）Please observe the color, shape, size and appearance of the tea leaf.
请观察茶的色泽、外形、整碎度及匀净度。
（3）The quantity of tea to be placed should be appropriate. Normally, for each cup of green tea is 3-5 g of tea leaf. For each pot of Oolong or Pu’er tea, it’s better to take 7-10 g.
投茶量需适当。绿茶每杯需投3~5克，乌龙茶、普洱茶每壶需投7~10克。
（4）Before making tea, the tea sets should be washed by boiled water in order to raise their temperature.
在冲泡茶叶以前，需要先温杯洁具。
（5）For making Duyun maojian tea, it should be used 80-85 degree water.
冲泡都匀毛尖需要使用80~85 ℃的水。
