Abstracts Objective To study effect and safety in treatment of hemophilia hemorrhage by using the non-blood product remedy-Zhixue mixture (ZXM).Methods Sixtyfive hemophiliacs on condition that do not use blood coagulation factor Ⅷ and Ⅸ and blood plasma, cured them of hemorrhage by ZXM at first.Adult took 250mL, the static drop, bid every day, the children's dose was decreased, after the hemorrhage stopped.they needed to consolidate treating for three weeks.Results After treatment, the hemostasis's time of the average of the opened and the closed hemorrhage and the hematuria were(0.83±0.28)h、(2.69±0.64)h、(20.00±6.92)h in turn.All of them stopped bleeding very quickly,cure rate 100%.And forty patients were completed hemophilia joint cavity puncture treatment, tooth extraction and the large area debridement smoothly in 215 times.After three weeks, they rechecked liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood sugar and so on were normal.Conclusion To cure hemorrhage of hemophilia by ZXM have fast and definite effect.It's safe and no side effects.We have created a new method and idea on nonblood product medicine treatment for the hemophilia。(https://www.daowen.com)

血友病是一组遗传性凝血因子缺乏性出血性疾病。目前国内外尚缺乏血友病根治疗法[1]。基因治疗因Ⅲ、Ⅸ因子表达水平低微、短暂,腺病毒载体的免疫反应,生殖链传递等问题而处于研究的低谷阶段[2-4]。血友病出血时,目前主要采取浓缩Ⅷ、Ⅸ因子及血浆等血液制品代替疗法,暂时止血[1]。但由于血液制品合并乙、丙型肝炎(40%~50%)、艾滋病(40%~50%)及Ⅷ 因子抗体(10%~30%)的概率较高,成为世界性社会关注的问题。基于血友病目前国内外治疗现状,陕西医大血液病研究院研制、开展了止血合剂治疗血友病出血及外科小手术的临床应用研究,探讨非血液制品药物治疗血友病出血的新途径。
