Until now,few technologies have been developed in the preparation of polymer nanodrug carriers.Drugs can be loaded on/inside polymer carriers via bonded/adsorbed with polymers,embedded into the matrix of polymer NPs,or encapsulated inside polymer nanocapsules/vesicles/nano-emulsions.Among them,three-dimensional macromolecules,such as dendritic polymer and albumin,can combine with drug molecules via physical or chemical interactions to obtain nano-drug delivery system.Physical interaction mainly includes van der Waals force,hydrogen bonding,electrostatic interaction and hydrophobic interaction.Chemical interaction includes ester bond,amido bond,hydrazone bond,etc.Other types of polymer nano-drug carriers,such as spherical micelles,vesicles,and nano-spheres/capsules,can be classified as polymer aggregates.According to the morphologies of aggregates,their preparation methods are shown as follows.(https://www.daowen.com)
