9.3.2.2　Semi-permanent skin graft materials

There are Integra®and other materials that have been studied more deeply.It is a collagen scaffold composed of bovine collagen and shark chondroitin sulfate，with a layer of silicone membrane attached to the surface.It can be transplanted on wounds with rich blood supply and no infection，and provides a role similar to dermal substitutes.With the establishment of blood flow from 10 days to 3 weeks or so，the silicone membrane can be removed and another layer of autologous epidermis thinner than 0.020 cm（0.080 inch）can be transplanted.This composite method of forming dermis on synthetic materials and then autologous epidermal transplantation is different from temporary skin graft materials.Here，the research on temporary skin graft materials and permanent skin graft materials are integrated.(https://www.daowen.com)
