The design of tissue engineering scaffolds is to simulate the function of living extracellular matrix in tissues.Therefore,researchers have explored the use of extracellular matrix proteins as materials for tissue engineering scaffolds,such as collagen,gelatin(i.e.,hydrolyzed form of collagen),elasticity protein and HA.These materials as scaffold materials for skin tissue engineering can combine other natural polymer fibrin(e.g.,hemagglutinin)and pullulan(i.e.,natural biopolymer produced by fungi)to play a synergistic role.(https://www.daowen.com)
