8.5.3.3 Applications of MNs in transdermal administration of skin diseases

MNs based on biomedical polymers have been extensively studied in cosmetic field,skin inflammatory diseases,skin tumors,and skin infections(see the corresponding section for details).Table 8-1 summarizes the application studies of polymer MNs in the above fields in recent years(see extended reading 4).In these studies,polymer MNs generally exhibited a better preventive or therapeutic effect than traditional administration of vaccines or drugs.
