Among biomedical polymer materials，collagen-based materials are currently the focus of research.Transparent polymer films，polymeric foam films，hydrocolloids，diaphragm hydrogels，amorphous hydrogels，sponge foams and other materials have been developed.Collagen reconstructed by polymerization and cross-linking can form structural materials with certain strength and stability.It has high hydrophilicity，non-toxicity，biocompatibility in vivo，good biodegradability and other biological characteristics.Using collagen as the main material，one has developed artificial skin graft materials characterized by histological engineering technology，such as Biobrane®and Dermagraft®.(https://www.daowen.com)
