综合建构高校毕业生就业质量报告指标体系
如同历年各高校年度就业质量报告所展示的,高校毕业生就业质量是综合、多维的。衡量指标需要能够宏观与微观相结合,主观与客观相结合,通过毕业生整体的去向、流向、趋势,每一个毕业生的就业过程与结果——主观、客观情况,人才供需双方——高校和用人单位相关资源配置、人才培养、选拔与任用等举措,以及各方之间的满意度评价,界定相对统一的数据采集方式和时间节点,科学、规范、多维、综合地呈现一所高校的毕业生就业质量、人才培养质量。本文综合以上因素,以教育部办公厅《关于编制发布高校毕业生就业质量年度报告的通知》等相关文件要求为框架,借鉴国内外专家学者的研究视角与生涯发展相关的理论与研究,综合各高校近些年的探索与尝试,梳理如表3所示的综合性指标体系。各高校可以从表3的指标中选取,并建立一定的模型、指数,进行分析比较。

Research on the Index System of University Graduates'Employment Quality Report—Text analysis based on the 2017 report of universities directly administered by the Ministry of Education

[Abstract]As a reflection of universities'strength,University graduates'employment quality report draws the attention of all sectors.This paper analyses the employment quality reports released by universities directly operated under the ministry of education in 2017,and finds there are still three problems:only 60% of the universities have complete structure and content,and the overall quality is uneven;②most universities have carried out multidimensional and sub-category analysis,but still insufficient in terms of standardization and consistency;③the commonality and general trend are presented,while the respective feature of universities are less shown.The key factor of these problems is the fact that the connotation and evaluation index of graduates'employment quality has not been fully constructed.This paper addresses the construction of the index system from the perspective of comprehensive connotation of graduates'employment quality.Universities need to select appropriate indicators according to their characteristics,and present the employment quality and talent cultivation quality of their graduates in a scientific,standardized,multi-dimensional and comprehensive way.
