Research on the New Problems of Student Career Planning Competition in New Era

[Abstract]This study is a case study of six university students'career planning competitions，which includes three aspects：pre-competition publicity and preparation，students'performance during the match and post-match tracking guidance.It demonstrates that there are five problems in the current career planning competition，such as the contestants'poor level of cognition，weak foundation in planning，the lack of continuous teachers'guidance，and also the value and professionalism of the event.This article also suggests several measures that can be taken to improve the quality of event，which includes constructing a new system of career action education，introducing peer guidance education and creating an innovative event to promote learning through competition.
