四、结语

香港教育界的生涯规划服务以直接、实际、简洁为特色，在广度和深度上契合时代的需求，在实践中有了一定的成果。而如何在此基础上，由“升学就业”提升到“人生意义”与“真我体现”，创造有本土特色的生涯教育，则有待教育界在成果及理论、本土化等领域做进一步研究。

Reflections on Career Planning Services in Hongkong's Education Sector

[Abstract]The career planning education in Hongkong is generally very practical in meeting the actual needs.The education sector and the community have adopted the most basic career concepts，the most direct and simplest methods to provide the most effective career planning services to students，which has an obvious“local”feature.Based on the author's more than 30 years'experience in career education，this paper has summarized the key features of career service in Hongkong and presented relevant cases worthy of discussion and clarified possible directions of future improvement.
