(四)生涯建构
在体验式生涯教育实施的过程中,还要注意引导学生将环境的新概念、新价值观与自己的兴趣、能力建立联系,检验生涯方向的合适性,进行生涯建构。有的学生会在体验过程中明确生涯规划的方向,也有的会觉得不适合而另择他路,在反复经历的体验、反思、建构中,调整生涯方向(见图2)。

总之,学校开展体验式生涯教育,有助于学生对自我和环境的深刻把握,真切地把现在的学习与未来的发展联系起来,增强自主发展的动力,在丰富的体验中寻找到适合自己的生涯发展之路。

Practice of Experiential Career Education in Senior High School

[Abstract]In the context of college entrance examination reform,many high schools have carried out career education,but there are problems such as lack of experiencing opportunities and insufficient depth of the experience.Based on the theory of experiential education,Shanghai Minhang Middle School has explored experiential career education practice,which has adopted experiencing as the core,and has effectively inspired students'independent development through guided exploration on career cognition,self-interest and career decision-making.
