（二）结果建议
针对调研问卷中学生表现出来的生涯发展状况和问题，结合学校生涯教育工作的开展现状，我们有以下几点建议：
1.根据学生生涯发展阶段及任务，设计分层进阶式生涯课程体系
学校的生涯教育课程可以在学校特色的基础之上，结合学生的生涯发展规律与状况，制定阶段性发展目标，设计分层进阶式课程体系，满足不同年级学生的不同需求，从而发挥生涯教育课的最大价值。
2.自我认知与外部世界探索并举，完善生涯教育课程内容
学生的生涯发展，包括对自己兴趣、性格、能力、价值观等内部世界的理解，相关生涯技能的学习和掌握，还包括对大学/专业、职业及社会等外部世界的认识。生涯教育课程需要囊括自我认知、外部世界探索两个部分，这样才能让学生基于自己特点对外部世界做匹配和选择。
3.课程教学与体验有趣结合，丰富生涯教育课程形式
生涯教育课程的内容，既包括学生自我探索、外部世界的相关信息与资源，也包括能力提升、分析技巧等技能方法，还包括对自我性格、兴趣、价值观以及外界环境的认知与感受。在教学形式上，就需要采用丰富多样的教学形式和趣味性的教学方法来激发学生的自主探索意识，调动他们的生涯积极性。教学过程中，除知识类的讲解外，还可以结合体验、参访等不同教学形式，开展小组协作、游戏、分享表达等活动，让学生在快乐投入的同时，吸收与生涯相关的知识和技能。
4.区域资源与各校特质融合，构建区域生涯教育生态圈
可以依靠区域性的教学资源平台，整合区域内各学校的生涯教育特色及资源，构建区域生涯教育生态圈，逐步实现教学资源共建共享，提高教学工作效率，推动区域生涯教育资源的均衡化。

The Research on the Career Development of Shanghai High School Students in the Context of the New College Entrance Examination

[Abstract]This paper presents a study on the career development status of Shanghai high school students，who are experiencing the reform of college entrance exam.The students'level of career planning，self-knowledge and understanding of the outside world，career autonomy and self-confidence，and the difficulties they have met in making career decisions have all been investigated and analyzed.The result shows that，90 percent of the students are already thinking about planning their own future，and 65 percent of students already have a clear direction or goal.Although students have a strong sense of career planning，efforts shall still be made in strengthening their selfexploration and the exploration of the outside world.Students also have many difficulties in making career decisions.
