上海财经大学“服务+”创新创业人才培养实践

摘要 作为中国最早开办商学教育的高等学府，上海财经大学在百年的办学历史中，将企业家精神的基因根植于人才培育中，培养了大量的商业创新人才，被誉为“金融家和企业家的摇篮”。学校高度重视创新创业人才培养，将创新创业教育融入财经专业教育，着力建设创新创业教育、研究、实践和孵化四大平台，构建全国财经院校创新创业联盟、上海高校创新创业教育联盟、全国创业学院院长论坛等多层创新创业网络，探索基于财经院校“服务+”特色的创新创业人才培养模式，创新创业人才供给显著增加，财经人才质量不断提升。本文主要讲述了上海财经大学“服务+”创新创业人才培养模式。

Abstract As one of the earliest institutions of higher learning that started business education in China，Shanghai University of Finance and Economics，in its history of running schools for more than 100 years，rooted the genes of entrepreneurship in the cultivation of talents and cultivated a large number of business innovation talents.It is praised as the cradle of financiers and entrepreneurs.The school attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents for innovation and entrepreneurship，integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education into financial and professional education， and focuses on building four platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship education，research，practice and incubation，and builds the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Coalition for Financial and Economic Institutions，the Shanghai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Alliance，and the National Institute of Entrepreneurship.Debating Forum and other multilayered innovation and entrepreneurial networks explored the innovative entrepreneurial talent training model based on the“service+”characteristics of financial institutions.The supply of innovative and entrepreneurial talents increased significantly，and the quality of financial and economic personnel continued to increase.This article tells Shanghai University of Finance and Economics“service+”innovation and entrepreneurship training model.
