大学创新创业教育的现况与对策建议——基于上海23所大学的调查

摘要 本文通过半开放式问卷,调查了上海23所大学的创新创业教育主管部门,收集了40万余字的文本资料。对采集的文本资料进行编码分析后,以Fayolle(2013)提出的创新创业教育兼纳模型为理论依据,从目标与愿景、知识与内容、方式与方法、评价与成效四个方面,总结了大学创新创业教育的现状,分析了大学创新创业教育存在的问题,并围绕上述四个方面提出了改善对策。

Abstract In this paper,a semi open questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shanghai.We surveyed 23 heads of entrepreneurship education department and collected documents(more than 400 000 words).The text information was analyzed by coding approach.Based on the inclusive model put forward by Fayolle(2013),we analyzed the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the four following perspectives:goal and vision,knowledge and content,approach and method,as well as evaluation and performance.We further summarized the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shanghai,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
