[1]David Penberthy is the Head of Interpretation and Learning,Cadw,Welsh Government—heritage interpretation and industrial heritage.David is well versed in interpretation and has been working through the Welsh equivalent of Historic England on some interesting projects that would be relevant.Cadw is the Welsh Government's historic environment service.Cadw looks after 129 historic monuments in state care.His role is to interpret the history and significance of these monuments to visitors.He does this using traditional media,but also employ artists to create artworks to showcase their heritages,use digital technologies:projections and interactive touchscreens,using audio guides,using mobile phone applications.He also led the development of the Pan Wales Heritage Interpretation Plan,a national interpretation strategy for Wales,a globally unique and innovative project to provide a national interpretative narrative for Wales.
