Zhang Jingcheng(2008)in his article“International Experience of Industrial Heritage Development Model”put forward five development models of industrial heritage:theme museum,public recreation space,creative industrial park,industrial exposition and business tourism development and comprehensive development model.[3]Qiu Yongzhe(2017)compares the post-industrial landscape protection cases of Qijiang Park and Ruhr District,Germany,and summarizes the development methods of landscape parks for industrial heritage protection.[4]Xu Cedar,Lin Xiling and others(2018)proposed to protect the industrial heritage based on the Qingdao Museum-type industrial heritage protection model,in order to find its historical,cultural,artistic and social values of non-renewable city“memory”.Zhan Yihong(2018)used the experience of British industrial heritage development to propose that the funds for industrial heritage protection come from local government investment and donations from relevant organizations.At the same time,after the project is officially operated,it will bring certain operating income and service income.[5]Zhang Ni(2018)proposed to form a unique function of industrial heritage according to its historical attributes and combine with the needs of the city in the development of industrial heritage.[6]Sun Zhao(2018)selected representative cases of industrial heritage protection,such as Soho District,New York City,London-Thames City Microcommunity,Hamburg Warehouse City and East Amsterdam Trade Wharf,to make a full comparison.It was found that the government played a very important role in these cases.The government's top-down leading process made the case.The industrial heritage of the four regions has been revitalized.[7](https://www.daowen.com)
