On the Optimization of Shanghai Teachers'Teaching Incentive Plan—Taking the University's Mathematical Analysis Course as an Example

Abstract:Since 2012,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission has proposed to carry out the pilot work of the teachers'teaching incentive plan in some colleges and universities in Shanghai,and then formally and comprehensively covered all the municipal colleges and universities.It has achieved fruitful results,making a big step in the training of talents.However,there are still many problems that have not been solved in the current university teaching.In view of this,starting from the teachers'teaching incentive plan,this paper discusses the deep optimization of the teachers'teaching incentive plan,so that it can serve the university teaching with less effort.On the basis of the teachers'teaching incentive plan,this paper puts forward a teacher-student interactive incentive plan,and takes the Mathematics Analysis course as an example to explore the feasibility of the teacher-student interactive incentive plan.The ultimate goal is to enable students to communicate spontaneously with teachers and enjoy learning,thus fundamentally stimulate college students'enthusiasm for learning and interest in learning,and ultimately form good autonomous learning habits.
