Building an internationally competitive，high level team of teachers and managerial staffs，which allow teams of outstanding Chinese and foreign faculties to participate in the whole process of educating a qualified workforce，is the key to garantee the quality of educating a qualified workforce and to ensure credits transfer and mutual recognition of degree during the cooperation process.For the domestic courses，in addition to faculties from Xiamen University and other first-class Chinese universities，full-time foreign teachers from prestigious foreign universities were also hired to teach in China.Meanwhile，we also recruited a number of outstanding native Chinese graduates from first-class foreign universities to enrich the team of teaching staffs and managerial staffs.
