CONCLUSIONS

In reference towards the previously discussed four sub-systems,although each has its own unique function,when combined they make one interactive,intercooperative,and inter-restrictive entity,whose effect is to assure internal education quality of each Sino-foreign cooperative education program.Quality control system is the foundation of the entire system and education monitoring system is the core of the system as a whole.The teaching service support system is the material basis of the whole system and the teaching quality assessment systems and information feedback system is to assure continuous improvement of the previously mentioned systems.The various systems operate independently and maintain the communication of information.Through goal management,mechanism of incentive assessment,selfrestraint mechanism,the combined effect of the feedback mechanisms and external monitoring system,continuous adjustment and improvement are achieved,and the whole system becomes full of vitality(Chen,2006).Through the establishment of a quality assurance system,a comprehensive quality management model is thus come into being.

It should be realized that a very clearly defined quality control system is extremely necessary.Only after such a system is established can accountable person(s),responsibilities,objectives,tasks,regular feedback surveys,self-evaluation as a model of general quality assessment indicator,and corresponding documentation and publication be specified.Then based on learning outcomes in specific projects,new projects are built and approaches and means for continuous development are provided,to provide value-added services for each participant.Finally,only through demonstrating quality education and focusing on quality,can market value of education products by international cooperative education be better realized and the goal of creating well-known brands be achieved.In addition,an advanced quality control system can also help match prospective students'educational choices with market demands and build up a deeper mutual trust and respects.
