以玄奘大师的精神为指引，广纳贤才，聘请有教量和证量的高能量级法师到教育第一线亲自指导修学
从玄奘大师的求学历程看，大师之所以成就世人难以企及的成就，一方面因为他过人的天资和勤奋，另一方面得益于他所参学的善知识。佛法大海渊深难测，若无明眼善知识的指导提撕，很难摸到涯岸，被佛法大海淹溺而不得出者比比皆是。明代戒显禅师在《禅门锻炼说》中强调，没有教不好的学人，只有没能耐的老师。从佛菩萨传记和佛教教学法来看，戒显禅师的看法是有道理的。老师的学养越深，证量越高，其摄受教化众生的方便就越多。另一方面，从玄奘回国后主持的译场看，他广纳贤才，不拘一格，任人唯贤，任人唯才，合理使用不同特长的人才，通力合作成就译经事业。在佛学院教学中也应该吸收招聘大批解行相应、甚至宗说兼通的人才，以他们的如炬明眼和悲心大愿成就学僧，提高佛学院的办学质量，培养出真正能够荷担如来家业的龙象之才。
Hiuen Tsiang Spirit and Talent Fostering in Buddhist Academies

Abstract：Hiuen Tsiang is a historically brilliant Buddhist master，translator，and messenger bridging the Chinese and Indian civilizations. His spirit was embodied in his religious belief，personal character，learning efforts，and political attitudes. As the Buddhist academies of China mainland at present have educational issues of insufficient cherished desire for mahàyàna，twisted relationship between learning and practice，unclear progress nodes in learning and practice，ill-organized curriculum，emergence of overheated academicism，and gradual deletion of spirits of the Buddhist monasteries，the Hiuen Tsiang spirit would provide good solutions.
