四、临床类型

1.依据症状体征演进过程分为

（1）完全性脑卒中（complete stroke）。

（2）进展性脑卒中（progressive stroke）。

（3）可逆性缺血性神经功能缺失（reversible ischemic neurological deficit，RIND）。

2.依据临床表现，特别是神经影像学检查证据分为(https://www.daowen.com)

（1）脑梗死（cerebral infarction）。

（2）分水岭脑梗死（cerebral watershed infarction，CWSl）。

（3）出血性脑梗死（hemorrhagic infarction）。

（4）多发性脑梗死（multiple infarction）。
