八、目前的问题及展望

该手术方式仍存在一定的假关节形成的概率,但若对植骨床处理得当,植骨量充分,关节突外侧横突根部植骨不失为一种简便有效、切实可行的植骨融合方式,为临床腰椎融合术中植骨方式的选择提供了新的思路。
